Weather:
strong NNE winds persisted from 8am to 1030, with rising BP, temp. rising
from 4 to 10C, overcast skies gradually dispersing, TUV=1; then the winds
shifted to SE. 

Observations:
In spite of the low TUV, and perhaps because of "leftover" birds from
yesterday we had good numbers coming through between 0830 and 1115 EDT;
then it fried up.

15 TV, 1 Osprey, 1 BALD EAGLE, 8 SS, 2 Cooper's, 
3 N.GOSHAWKs, 2 Red-shouldered, 76 RT, 7 ROUGH-LEGGEDs, 
5 GOLDEN EAGLEs, 2 Peregrines, 22 distant unidentifieds 

towhee, fox sparrows
