Surprisingly numbers are still much reduced from normal but that makes it easier to find the Goodies. Above the Falls no Bonaparte's & 1 Lesser B/B & fewer other gulls than expected. In the Gorge did not find the Sabine's But viewing conditions were miserable & I did not linger. Adam Beck/ R. Moses few Bonaparte's but"Old Faithful California;"was on duty. Queenston/Lewiston had 1 Adult Little Gull and a few hundred Bonaparte's and I checked carefully for Sabine's. No luck. Fly-past a real dud.Birds were on the water or came down after 4;15 p.m.when light waspoor.Estimate -wild-1200 max Best bird of the day was an imm. Kittiwake fly ing around N.O.T.L. Sailing Club diving to catch its supper--best viewed from South end of club on Nelson St @ the Gazebo.Seen from 4-4;30 P.M. but may have been sheltering there all day. Tufted Titmouse regular at Peter St feeder in Chippawa. Happy Thanksgiving to all American birders and may more birds come in to-night
