Follow parkway west passed Remic Rapids Lookout and continue west towards Island Park Drive. Just before the lights at Island Park Drive there is a parking area on your right. The goldeneye's were feeding in a flock of about 25+ Common Goldeneye's to the right of the parking lot. Follow along making numerous stops scanning the fields. Late afternoon to dusk maybe the better time to look. Site 2: From Ottawa travel west bound on Hwy. 417 to the March Rd./Eagleson Road and exit right onto March Rd. Follow to Dunrobin Road and turn right continuing northwest through Woodlawn. At the hill continue straight and follow to next intersection which has a yellow flashing light.
