Perhaps Al Wormington's report on westward-bound Rough-legged Hawks in southwestern Ontario explains the lack of them along Hall's Rd. lately. Morning report-Jan.23 along Hall's Rd. -- 2 Great Gray Owls, 2 Red-tailed Hawks, 3 N.Harriers (incl 1 male)
I drove south down Thickson's Rd. in mid-AM-- an adult Peregrine Falcon was flying "with me" southward, in the Wentworth St. area. It swung back northward. For Hall's Rd., from the west, exit the 401 at Salem Rd. (in Ajax), south to Bayly, east through Lakeridge Rd. to the first street (Hall's Rd.)
