Karen and I made a quick tour of the Owl Woods on Sunday afternoon. The
BOREAL OWL which was apparently in the Pines yesterday was today high up
in a cedar very near the feeders in the Cedar Woods. There was also a
SAW-WHET OWL, again high up in a white cedar next to the pines where the
nesting boxes are located. We had no reports of LONG-EARED or GREAT
GRAY OWLS in the woods today.
