Ontbirders Before you post remember the guidelines. Guidelines are there to help people write messages that others can use. You can follow the link at the bottom of every Ontbirds post to read our Guidelines.
Ontbirds Guidelines ask for directions with EVERY POST. People rely on clear concise directions. People do not always have access to earlier messages. It would be very frustrating to print out a post head out the field and found out that the directions can be found in a different post. Including a general location in the subject header along a signifcant species is also expected. While I have you, Owls are not here because they like us, they are in a stressful situation to begin with. Any additional stess we place on these birds is NOT good for their welfare. Please give them space. Many owls can be viewed from a car. Park the car safely and stay in the car. --- Mark Cranford ONTBIRDS Coordinator Mississauga, Ontario [EMAIL PROTECTED] 905 279 9576 From [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Feb 8 12:17:30 2005 Return-Path: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Delivered-To: [email protected] Received: from smtp104.rog.mail.re2.yahoo.com (smtp104.rog.mail.re2.yahoo.com [206.190.36.82]) by king.hwcn.org (Postfix) with SMTP id EE05763947 for <[email protected]>; Tue, 8 Feb 2005 12:17:29 -0500 (EST) Received: from unknown (HELO subhan) ([EMAIL PROTECTED]@69.194.247.189 with login) by smtp104.rog.mail.re2.yahoo.com with SMTP; 8 Feb 2005 17:18:26 -0000 Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> From: "Brendan" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[email protected]> References: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subject: Re: [Ontbirds]Owls, Amherst Island Date: Tue, 8 Feb 2005 12:18:32 -0500 MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable X-Priority: 3 X-MSMail-Priority: Normal X-Mailer: Microsoft Outlook Express 6.00.2800.1106 X-MimeOLE: Produced By Microsoft MimeOLE V6.00.2800.1106 X-BeenThere: [email protected] X-Mailman-Version: 2.1.1 Precedence: list X-List-Received-Date: Tue, 08 Feb 2005 17:17:30 -0000 Just to correct the directions in earlier message: the Hwy. at Milhaven = is 33, NOT 34.
