There was a great deal of Peregrine action around the Clarica Centre
office towers (corner of Bloor and Islington, Etobicoke)around noon
today.

12:14PM Two Peregrines were loudly vocalizing and bowing to one another
on the eastern ledge of the of the easternmost tower, i.e. on the same
building and around the corner from the nest box. These two birds
proceeded to tear apart what appeared to be a pigeon lunch. Feathers
were flying everywhere and wafting down onto Bloor Street.

12:15PM A third Peregrine flew past the two birds on the ledge. It was
chasing and "stooping" after more pigeons. It then landed on the ledge
to the west of the pair (immediately above Bloor Street) and remained
there for approximately one minute.

12:21PM The pair took off and were flying in close formation as they
headed northward and disappeared from view. There was a considerable
size difference between the two.

12:35PM A single large Peregrine was once again rousting pigeons, this
time in the area of the westernmost office tower.
