Hi All,

On the way to Presqu'ile along Hwy 2, just east of Colborne, there was a Common
Raven flying west.

As already posted earlier this week the male Eurasian Wigeon was off of 18
Bayshore Road (actually just a little further along Bayshore) with many
American W., Canvasback, Redhead, Ring-necked Duck, both Scaup, a few N.
Pintail amongst others. Also over the marsh were 4 Caspian Terns and several
Pied-billed Grebes.

Off the lighthouse a Merlin flew right over our heads and there were a few Tree
Swallows as well.

Many G-c Kinglets, Song Sparrows, Brown Creepers and a few E Phobes etc.

From beach 4 (signed as Owen Pt Trail) we did a very quick scan and had 2
Red-throated Loons a long way out, still in basic plumage.

Cheers and good birding,
Frank Pinilla
Thornhill

DIRECTIONS:
Exit 509 off Hwy 401, south to Brighton, turn right on Hwy 2 and follow signs
to the park (entrance fee required), areas mentioned are signed within the park.
