Yesterday's male Woodduck seems to have moved on today; but, the 11
Black-crowned Night Herons continue to be found near the mouth of the
  Forty Mile Creek.

The baitfish being attracted by the good outflow of the creek have
attracted a variety of gulls and terns plus a Common Loon.

  Directions:

Exit the QEW at Christie St. and turn northward on Christie. Turn Rt.
at Tim Hortons along Olive St. and 3 blocks eastward. Left on
Elizabeth St. Pumphouse park is at the end of the street. Nature
trail is at the end of the parking lot. Public washroom available in
  Pumphouse..
