The winds picked up somewhat by mid morning bearing more to the southeast by noon. There was a very gradual buildup of clouds to the south and west with the approach of the predicted frontal system forecast to move into the area during the overnight hours. Raptor Observations: The flight was fairly steady during the latter portions of the morning but petered out rather quickly in the early afternoon.
