Cloud cover diminished and the visibility improved to 10km by 3:30. Winds remained light and variable out of the E-SE-SW. The temperature climbed from 20 to 29 C. Raptor Observations: The bulk of todays birds were Sharpies with a few Red-shouldered putting in an appearance. Four Peregrines winged over during the last couple of hours of the watch. Non-raptor Observations: More than 2500 Blue Jays dominated the skies today. Two Greater Yellowlegs were at the ponds for most of the day.
