Winds were moderate from the south-southwest although there was a period in the early afternoon that they were from the southeast. Raptor Observations: The flight was quite steady overall but waned somewhat with the switch in the wind to the southeast. Numbers were an improvement over the last several days although the flight was certainly not heavy. Non-raptor Observations: Predictions: Hopefully this cold front will bring to an end what has been an unseasonably warm first week of October. Numbers should improve after its passage. ======================================================================== Report submitted by Calvin Brennan ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) SMRR- Lake Erie Metropark information may be found at: http://www.smrr.net/
