Weather:
It was overcast with fog early and remained overcast until rapidly clearing
in mid-afternoon.  Visibility improved from 2 km to unlimited during the
day.  Winds were light and variable until afternoon when they became
moderate Southwesterlies.  Temp rose from 14 to 21 C. 

Raptor Observations:
Very few raptors today.  The resident adult Bald Eagles made an early
showing and one of the immature Eagles was seen in the afternoon.

Non-raptor Observations:
The skies were dominated by Blue Jays with 4,590 counted.  Other birds in
order of observation were Yellow-rumped Warblers in good numbers, Carolina
Wren, Great Blue Heron, Great Egret, Mallard, Ring-billed Gull, Herring
Gull, Red-winged Blackbird, Common Grackle, American Gold Finch, Mute
Swan, Tree Swallows in good number, Killdeer, Morning Dove, Chimney Swift,
American Widgeon, Eastern Phoebe, Northern Pintail, Greater Yellowlegs,
Belted Kingfisher, Red-breasted Nuthatch, Northern Flicker.  

Predictions:
Forcasts indicate overcast conditions with showers in the morning becoming
partly sunny with the chance of scattered showers in the afternoon. Light
Westerly winds.  Temperature rising from near 10 in the morning to abut 17
C in the afternoon.
