Weather:
Today began mostly cloudy becoming mostly sunny by mid morning only to
cloud over again early in the afternoon. Winds were light and variable
early, becoming light to moderate east-northeast at mid morning but
gradually bearing all the way around to south-southeast in the early
afternoon.

Raptor Observations:
After a slow start the flight was as variable as the weather conditions
with peaks of activity during the late morning hours then again during the
last two hours of the count. Diversity overall was very good and today was
the best showing of Red-tails and Red-shoulders since the record TV day on
the 9th, highlighted by an adult rufous morph Red-tail.
