Hi All, Groups of two or 3 Evening Grosbeaks showed up at my feeders at times during the summer but today 9 arrived for lunch.
The Blue Jay numbers are high this year. They are everywhere. I have 10 regulars at the feeders every day...from morning to night. Only a couple of Purple Finches so far. The Gray Jays showed up at their usual time...a couple of weeks before Thanksgiving and are again regulars. A week ago a Fox Sparrow was at a ground feeding station for two days.
