The migration of Greater Snow Geese seems to have dried up east of Cornwall. A check of a number of sites Sunday, including the river east of Lancaster, revealed perhaps 50 birds with a good number of Canada Geese, along the ice edge and on ice islands. No birds were located in fields around the area.
