Pete Read and Ian Platt saw and heard a Western Meadowlark at 9:30 am today at the corner of Rokeby Line and Gully Mor Rd. southwest of the town of Strathroy.
Directions: >From London - Take Oxford St. west. It becomes Glendon Dr. (Cty. Rd. 14). Travel west to Appin and turn right (NW) on Thames Rd. (Cty. Rd. 8). At the end of Cty. Rd. 8 there is an intersection with Cty. Rd. 10 and Winter Dr. Take Winter Dr. west. It becomes Rokeby Line. Continue west to where Gully Mor Rd. comes in from the south. >From Hwy. 401 - At Interchange 183 turn onto Hwy. 402. Continue on Hwy. 402 and turn west at Glendon Dr. (Cty. Rd. 14 - Interchange 82). Travel west to Appin and turn right (NW) on Thames Rd. (Cty. Rd. 8). At the end of Cty. Rd. 8 there is an intersection with Cty. Rd. 10 and Winter Dr. Take Winter Dr. west. It becomes Rokeby Line.
