Hello: Today at 4:45 pm I spotted a Black Vulture over the Finch & Whites Rd
.area.I watched the bird for 15 mins. I have submitted a report to the ORBC.
The bird had silver-white wing tips gray legs & head with very little
dihedral when soaring & a erratic flight.Veiwed using Swift 8.5 x 44 bino`s
