Hello Ontbirders

Andrew Hayden Park played host to a few interesting shorebirds today.
The shorebird activity concentrates on the exposed mudflats along the shoreline, especially at each end of the park.

Among the yellowlegs, least, snipe, killdeer and both semies we had the following:

* At 8:00am we had one Black-bellied Plover and 2 American Golden Plovers - all juveniles. * At 12:30 there were 4 Black-bellied Plovers (all juveniles) and 1 White-rumped Sandpiper in advanced basic plumage.
