Weather:
overcast; mild W wind; falling BP; 10C; TUV=0

Raptor Observations:
What a disappointment for Geof Burbidge who drove from Chelsea, P.Q., to
participate in our raptor watch.

The only raptor seen over 3 hours was a juvenile N.Goshawk (different one
then that of Oct.18--therfore, in spite of flying east to roost for a
while, we elected to "count" it).

Non-raptor Observations:
Geof noted several,FIELD SPARROWS (some singing) as he drove south down
Hall's Rd.
>From the viewing platform-- Rusty Blackbirds, Swamp Sparrow, N.Shoveler,
Am.Wigeon, Gadwall, Green-winged Teal.
On the lake--Common Loon, Common Mergansers.
