Weather:
Sunny, becoming mostly cloudy with light NW winds backing to the SW and
increasing in the afternoon.  Temp 2-8 C.

Raptor Observations:
Most birds were on the northern horizon.

Non-raptor Observations:
5000+ Crows headed west. An American Bittern was seen in the marsh North of
the tower a number of times.  This bird has been present for more than a
week.  81 Tundra Swans.  One Snow Goose flying in formation with 4 Tundra
Swans.
