Moderate west winds and cool with the temperature hovering just abouve freezing. Raptor Observations: An early run of NH and some decent buteo movement while the sun shone. Non-raptor Observations: A blue phase Snow Goose overflew in a skein of Canada Geese. Predictions: Mostly sunny in the morning with variable cloud in the afternoon. Light S winds becoming SW.
