Weather: Winds in the morning were light from the Northeast, then swinging to the Southeast at noon. Skies were clear with sun throughtout the watch. Raptor Observations: Today's highlights were the Golden Eagles that literally appeared "out of the blue" and overhead in the vicinity of the tower.
