Tuesday at 12:30pm a shrike flew over to the West side of the 115/35 and
landed on a fence post. This was just north of the McDonalds rest stop, just
off the 401. I wasn't able to get a closer look at the bird, (doing 120km/h
tends to blur things a bit), but the grey body and distinctive dark eye
patch wasn't hard to miss.
