Hello Ontbirds people,

A small group of Gray Partridge near Richmond, ON. just west of Ottawa (1st
discovered in February) is still present. A trio of birders from
Pennsylvania, led by Wayne Laubscher, re-discovered a covey of 7 birds in
the same location this afternoon, March 08. Thanks very much Wayne, for
passing on this info!

DIRECTIONS (from Ottawa):
Take Hwy 417 to Hwy 416 and go south to the Fallowfield Rd. exit (#66).
Right (west) on Fallowfield to Eagleson Rd. Left (south) on Eagleson, and
look for Brownlee Rd. on your right. Right (west) on Brownlee to Shea Rd.,
left on Shea Rd. to Garvin Rd., then right (west again) on Garvin. The
partridge were among some corn stubble very close to the road, on the north
side of Garvin between Shea & Huntley Rds., closer to the Shea Rd. end.
