We saw an immature Golden Eagle today at 3pm on Lillie's Side Road west of
Ottawa. The Eagle was under attack by two Red-tailed Hawks that looked very
small by comparison.

Directions from Ottawa: 417 west to Kinburn exit, north on Kinburn Side Road
(#20) to Antrim, cross old Hwy 17 and continue to Kinburn, continue on same
road to John Shaw Road, left on John Shaw to Lillie's Side Road, right on
Lillie's Side Road, continue about 500 m to open field on left. Eagle was
perched in a tree in a woods a fair distance back from the road.
