Daily Raptor Count: Sep 23, 2007 --105, incl. a 2nd yr. Bald Eagle(see table 
below)

Non-raptor Observations: WHIMBREL--from north platform; 2 golden plovers; both 
yellowlegs, stilt
sandpiper, warblers---black-throated green, palm; many Am.pipits; white-crowned 
sparrows

Observation time: 8am to 12noon EST

Observers: Doug Lockrey, Greg Stuart, Jim McKnight, Jim Skene, Jim Munroe, 
Donna Foster, Lisa Locke and 15+ who assisted for short periods of time 
Other visitors: another 15+ cyclists, walkers and people who hear about our 
efforts.

Weather: sunny; light NW wind; TUV=2; 22C

Raptor Observations: blue skies made it difficult to pick out any high-flying 
raptors;
low-flying resident juv.Peregrine
