Quite a few visitors today including a few folks from the OFO. Names that
noted down included Kathy Baker (Bradford), Saally Brownell (Holland Ctr.)
Suzanne Meyer (New Market), Amy Kepler and Josh Crozier ( Guelph) and
Ronnee Sykes (Brownsville). Thanks to all the ususal gang for helping out
today.

Weather:
Very windy again today...mostly from the SW and W. Temp made it to 16 C.
Lots of cloud early on but no rain (it was falling north of the area).
Eventually the cloud broke out a bit and skies were perfect for spotting
the raptors.

Raptor Observations:
A decent flight today with 1,208 birds. The majority of today's flight was
again TV's with 1,123...with highlights being 2 Golden Eagles, a single
Northern Goshawk and a lone Peregrine (which gives us 140 for this
season...just 2 shy of surpassing the old 1-yr record of 141). We also got
a single Merlin and single Kestrel. An Opsrey was alos spotted.

Non-raptor Observations:
Only notes made today were for some late Monarchs that were observed today.

Predictions:
Bright sunny skies for Sunday...and strong SW winds...I'm sure birds will
be on the move...but it may be difficult to spot them. :)
