Thanks to Stan Long for his posts on the Markham Ross's Goose.
Richard Pope and I got to the Reesor pond about 1pm and found no white geese
there, but saw two Snow Geese flying off to the north with a large group of
Canadas. We toured the nearby fields and were almost back to the pond when
we found the geese feeding in the cornfield at the NE corner of Reesor Road
and Hwy. 7, close to the road and giving great views. The adult Ross's Goose
was among many Canadas with 3 adult white Snow Geese and one all white
domestic goose.

Directions:
Reesor Pond lies just North of Hwy 407 and just south of Hwy.7 on Reesor
Road in Markham.
The Ross's Goose was in the field on the east side of Reesor Road, just
north of the traffic lights on Hwy.7, only about 200m north of the pond.
