On Friday - Nov. 2 - around 4:15 we went to Thickson Woods to try and spot the Great Horned Owl. Although we didn't see him we did spot a Barred Owl and got some nice photos.
Unfortunately, while we were viewing the Barred Owl someone broke my car window and stole a Lowepro Bag containing a lens, teleconverter, photobank, some SD cards etc. I was pretty foolish to leave my bag in full view - and have paid for it. Just thought I'd warn any other birders that park next to the woods, not to make the same mistake.
