Further to below, if you go there I recommend that you don't park right in 
front of the building, as that is one of the places where the like to hang out.

Dear Ontbirders, Today at 10:55 I saw what I can only call an adult male 
"Oregon" subspecies Dark-eyed Junco at the Fletcher Wildlife Garden.  Dark 
slate to black hood strongly contrasting with chestnut back, light rufous wash 
on flanks.  See plate 48 picture j in Rising/Beadle's "A Guide to the 
Indentification and Natural History of the Sparrows of the United States and 
Canada." The bird was associating with "Slate-coloured" juncos, foraging in the 
compost pile and around the ravine near the intepretive centre building.
