I located the Chat yesterday (Nov 25th) near the ladder/life ring (as
previously mentioned) at around 8:45am. It seemed to be in a bit of
discomfort, attempting to bring something up out of its stomach
without success. Other than that, it was active and appeared healthy.

Ashbridge's Bay Park is at the foot of Coxwell Ave. in eastern
Toronto, east
of the Don Valley Parkway. Exit south off Lake Shore Blvd at Coxwell,
and
drive to the parking lot in front of the yacht club. Take the
southwest path
as far as it goes and be prepared to enjoy.
