Our little friend is still in the area, enjoying nature bounty of voles and mice. I did not see any captures of prey today, but there are signs that this bird is enjoying some healthy meals. I am hoping, guessing that it has established a small territory for the winter, and we should have many opportunities to view the bird for many weeks to come. (but, I am not an expert by no means, so don't hold me to that!)
A few new images added from today and Monday... http://www.pbase.com/raymondjbarlow/d300_shots I did sneak an image of Barry Cherriere, and Brandon Holden in there too... thanks guys. thanks to everyone for the overwhelming encouragement with all the emails, and comments on the website... so very much appreciated.
