I just received a telephone call from Jean Iron.

>From the Canadian side of the Niagara River, Willie D'Anna observed by scope,
>what he believed to be a winter adult Ross's Gull at Three Sisters Island, NY.
> These islands are off the south side of Goat Island, the piece of land
>between the Canadian Horseshoe Falls and the American Falls, and are connected
>to Goat Island by small bridges.

Jean told me that Willie and Betsy Potter raced over the Rainbow Bridge to the
site, and have confirmed the identification. She and Kevin McLaughlin were
delayed a bit at the border but are also on their way to the location.
