The Ross's Gull was last viewed as it flew between the base of the American Falls and the Maid-Of-The-Mist boat dock on the Ontario side until I left at 4:30 pm.
It was seen earlier flying back and forth in the derelict barge area, after the Three Sisters Island sighting mentioned by Jim Pawlicki.
