A quick hello to Toronto's birders:
?This AM ( Tue) from 8 to past 10 AM the Prothonotary ( with "rusty colours"?
on cap and throat ) was seen and heard at WWest Deane Park in Etobicoke. It was
singing loudly in a Silver Maple where the two trails ( creek and west of the
creek) meet, some 250 m north and west of the bridge.

Kentucky Warbler was briefly seen and heard near the bridge.

Other notables: Cape May, Parulas,Blackburnian, Bay-breasted, Tennesse,
Black-throated Blue & Green, Common Yellowthroat, Redstart,?etc.
? Territorial singing Scarlett Tanagers and Indigo Buntings.

Some 10 people saw the warblers with me.

See previous postings for directions....Sorry I have to WORK!!
