At 11:am in a light drizzle in the 4th cell to the east - at the rear cell I observed 4 pair N. Shoveller and 2 pair American Widgeon. High water in 2 other cells held no birds. Linda Wells
Holland Sewage Lagoons are south on Yonge St. from Queensville Sideroad - about 1 km. to Cedar Street. Left on Cedar to end. Park. Lock car. Look left for metal bar across snowmobile trail - duck under it and on the right you will see a path through a short bit of woods onto the road leading to the Lagoons. There is a lot of Poison Ivy on the bit of trail through the woods. _______________________________________________ ONTBIRDS is presented by the Ontario Field Ornithologists - the provincial birding organization.
