Hello ONTBirders:

I'm sorry this report has been so delayed - I was away in Cookshire, QC, this
weekend and did not have access to a computer until today.

I relocated the SORA I had previously reported (Thurs. Aug. 14) on Friday, Aug.
15. Once again the bird was off of the main boardwalk at the Jack Pine Trail.
I did not manage to watch the sora for long as a bad thunderstorm blew in.

Also present was a single SOLITARY SANDPIPER and two YELLOWLEGS spp. (not sure
if they were greater or lesser), and two male BLUE-WINGED TEALS in non-breeding
plumage (they blended with the hoards of female mallards that I almost missed
them).

As always, good birding!

Pat
