Seen between 3:15 - 3:30 and again between 4:30 - 4:45 p.m. on the telephone
wires on the west side of Cement Plant Rd, between 0.1 and 0.2 km. south of
Hwy 3. It was still there when I left. It flew to a tree on the west edge
of the field before I left at 3:30 but had returned to the telephone wires
by the time I came back at 4:30.

The Kingbird showed distinct buffy tips to the tail, which was notched, and
didn't show well defined white edges to the sides of the tail. However, it
was heavily in molt and showed otherwise typical plumage characteristics of
a Western rather than a Cassin's Kingbird. Numerous photographs were
obtained.

Good luck!
