[EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] I would also like to personally thank Maureen and Rod for the excellent reports that they have sent to Ontbirds on my behalf, really they just know more than me, I am still a rookie but I am learning, Also Doug McRae deserves my thanks for also helping out. Now for the Brighton Wetlands and Lagoon, this next weekend will be the last weekend for the year September 27th, from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM, I will be bringing the water levels up to winter levels, there for shore birds may not stick around, ducks and geese and such will really enjoy it. If you do wish to go into the wetlands and would like to arrange a time please feel free to call and arrange a time. Home 613-475-0881 Cell 613-391-9142 Directions: The Constructed Wetland is located at the SE corner of Brighton. From Hwy 401, take the Brighton exit 509 (Hwy. 30) and follow it south into town. Go south through the two traffic lights, over the railway tracks and follow the main road, now called Prince Edward Street, south. About 1 km south of the tracks, the main road begins to swing to the left and becomes Cty. Rd. 64. As this long turn ends the Constructed Wetlands appear on the right side. Look for the "Wetland viewing" sign at the east end of the Wetland.
