The juvenile CURLEW SANDPIPER was still present early this morning (Monday) between at least 8:30 - 10:30 am at Jaeger Rocks in Fort Erie, loosely assoicating with a juv. Dunlin. Also as Willie D. noted, the bird is very flighty with the Killdeer, thus it would be helpful to approach slowly and then scan. Other shorebirds present were several Killdeer and 4 Greater Yellowlegs. Also around were a few Palm and YR Warblers, fly-over American Pipit, and Sharp-shinned Hawk. Jim Pawlicki Amherst, NY
