Weather:
8.4-13.7 C; Wind NE with some movement to ENE 1-5 mph; Cloud cover 70%
early to 40% near end; pressure steady 30.40 in Hg. Cloud cover changed
often with 2-3 layers of clouds. Some very high cirrus and some low stratus
with a wispy cirrus look.

Raptor Observations:
Surprisingly no birds early and then many BUT High later in day. We have
noticed this year that with Northerly winds there have been few birds early
in day. Many TVs and RTs were almost not visible with 8.5 glasses at
overhead viewing.
