Weather:
Extremely mild, shirtsleeve weather all day!  Moderate SE wind, until 2pm,
when it switched to E

Raptor Observations:
Birds were not seen until 10:30 am.  The majority of RT's came after noon. 
Small counts of the different species seen, which is usual for southerlies.
 Highlight was a PG in the last hour.

Non-raptor Observations:
2 singing Carolina wrens greeted the observer as he climbed the stairs.MANY
flickers around. An active, noisy kingfisher at the Trout Pond.  Lots of
horned larks in the surrounding fields.

Predictions:
Will probably mirror today, except breezier.
