Birders
There is a flaw in the software we use to run Ontbirds. As a built-in
default all replies (messages with Re: in the message subject line) are
automatically held for review. That means there could be a time delay
between the time the message is sent and the time I read and approve the
message. I could even miss the message....
To ensure that your message goes directly to the list (without review),
do not reply to Ontbirds or use Re: in the subject line.
As always remember to put a location in the subject line, sign your post
with your name and include directions (web links can annoy if you read
Ontbirds on a handheld).
