The Varied Thrush appeared a my feeder yesterday and is still here at the feeder today. It shows up almost every hour.
Directions: From Wiarton go north on Hwy 6 for about 26 km. At Little Pike Bay Road turn left (west), drive to the end and turn left on Hobsons Harbour Dr. Park at # 158 and walk down the drive way and come to the front door. If nobody is home walk a few more steps on the right side of the house. The feeder is below the house and the Thrush feeds always below the feeder. Note: We have a dog which is friendly, but he barks.
