I was out for a quick stroll and look at the birds around Dick Bell Park off of Carling at noon today. At the lighthouse looking across the harbour entrance there sat a Snowy Owl on the Rcoks being mobbed by multiple crows. He sat in between the two boat ramps in front of a yacht club building. The bird was heavily stripped except for the face a and a small portion of the head being white. The bay contained the ususal suspects of waterfowl
