Hi folks I just got a message that the Avocet has come back to Canada! It was observed this morning at 11 am by Ron Goodridge at the foot of Bowen Road along the Niagara River.
The observer watched the bird which was close to the shoreline with some ducks. At one point it flew further north along the shoreline.
