Lots of activity at Thickson's this morning ... One Vesper Sparrow at 4th last most easterly cottage
and in the woods ... Winter & Carolina Wren, 35-40 WW Crossbills, Great Horned Owl and a N. Mockingbird Northern Parula, found by Dan Kaczynski, was last seen December 15th ... if anyone sees it again pls report it to Ontbirds since for some reason the sightings on the 14th and 15th were not posted ... thx Thickson's Woods can be reached by exiting 401 at Thickson Rd and going south to the lake ... remember that the road into the cottages/houses is private so pls respect the privacy of the owners.
