The Spotted Towhee is still in the same location around the 42nd
Parallel sign south of the tram stop at the tip. The bird seems very
tame and allowed me to get within 5 feet for some nice pictures..
It is in the company of a group of America tree sparrows. Other notables
in the area include wild turkeys, Northern Harrier, Red Tail Hawk, Snow
Buntings, Black Capped Chickadees, Downy Woodpecker and the usual winter
residents.
