You're probably tired of hearing it, but the pine grosbeaks were just here
again today, 7 of them. (Glenburnie, north of Kingston, near corner of Unity
Rd. and Hwy 10.)

Yesterday there was an immature bald eagle circling over the trees near our
cottage, north of Perth Road Village.

Pine siskins are still here at Glenburnie, joining the flock of goldfinches,
emptying out my feeder and making a mess.

Three stupid house sparrows were fighting over and trying unsuccessfully to
stuff their fat little selves into the wren box in the backyard, just adding
that as a footnote on "spring behaviour".
